ROSENBERG RESIDENCE, BIG BEAR LAKE, CA
This modular residence was designed to be constructed by a husband and wife who planned on utilizing subcontractors only for concrete, roofing, and dry wall. Lightweight, open-webbed truss joists were utilized for their ease of handling. Since prefabricated pieces were used, they were also prestained to highlight the detail at both the exterior and interiors. Every room has a view of the lake, which was the clients' requirement. |
