WHERE IN THE WORLD, SEBASTOPOL, CA

This Main Street, Sebastopol, store sold arts and crafts from exotic places. The design challenge was to take a 12 ft. wide "tunnel" and transform it into a series of smaller spaces with use of "frames" through which people walk towards the deep cinnamon-colored space at the back. A light trough contains existing fluorescent fixtures and holds track lights used to highlight the displays.
